Welcome to Social Capital Smart. These Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Intellectual Property Protection policies govern your use of our platform, tools, and services. By accessing or using Social Capital Smart, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.
Dates of Use: As a purchaser, you have access to the course for 360 days.
Seats: Each purchase provides course access for 360 days from the date of purchase.
All seats included in the purchase must be assigned and activated within this period; unused seats expire at the end of the term.
Once a participant begins the course, the seat is considered used and non-transferable, regardless of completion status.
Data Collection and Usage
Purpose of Data Collection: We collect data to enhance user experiences, provide personalized coaching, and support social capital development.
Data Limitations: Data collected will never be sold or used for purposes unrelated to the stated objectives of improving user outcomes.
Confidentiality and Security
We employ industry-standard measures to safeguard personal data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access, data breaches, or system failures.

By using Social Capital Smart, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Our AI coaching tools aim to enhance users’ social capital by providing actionable insights and personalized guidance.
Data Protection
No personal data will be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. All data usage aligns with the goals outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Liability
Social Capital Builders is not responsible for user decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from guidance provided by AI tools. Users retain full responsibility for implementing the advice given.
Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights
Ownership of Intellectual Property
All materials, content, methodologies, branding, and tools associated with Social Capital Smart, including but not limited to training guides, coaching frameworks, AI tools, videos, graphics, and written materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of Social Capital Builders, Inc.
Any derivative works, adaptations, or customizations based on Social Capital Smart materials are also deemed proprietary and owned by Social Capital Builders unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Restrictions on Use
Users, Licensees, and Participants agree not to:
Replicate, reproduce, modify, or repurpose any part of Social Capital Smart materials or concepts for personal, educational, or commercial purposes outside the authorized scope.
Develop competing products, tools, or services based on Social Capital Smart materials, methodologies, or ideas.
Disclose, distribute, or share Social Capital Smart materials or content with individuals, organizations, or entities not authorized by Social Capital Builders.
Monitoring and Enforcement
Social Capital Builders actively monitors the unauthorized use or dissemination of its proprietary materials. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and potential liability for damages, including compensation for lost revenue.
User and Licensee Acknowledgment
By accessing or using Social Capital Smart materials, users and licensees agree:
That all intellectual property rights remain solely with Social Capital Builders, Inc.
To report any known or suspected unauthorized use of Social Capital Smart materials immediately.
Non-Competition Clause
Users, Licensees, and Affiliates acknowledge and agree that they shall not, during their engagement with Social Capital Smart or for five years after termination of access, directly or indirectly develop, market, or participate in any program, product, or service that is competitive with Social Capital Smart.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Definition of Confidential Information
Confidential Information includes but is not limited to:
Social Capital Smart content, curricula, and methodologies.
AI tools, coaching frameworks, and proprietary software or algorithms.
Training strategies, user data insights, and marketing plans.
Recipient Obligations
Recipients of Confidential Information must not:
Use Confidential Information for any purpose other than participating in or implementing the approved Social Capital Smart program.
Share Confidential Information with third parties or unauthorized individuals.
Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce Confidential Information.
Term of Obligation
Confidentiality obligations remain in effect indefinitely or until the Confidential Information becomes public through no fault of the Recipient.
Licensing Agreement
Grant of License
License Scope: Licensee is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the training materials solely for educational and internal organizational purposes.
Restrictions
The Licensee may not:
Use materials for commercial gain outside the designated program.
Copy, distribute, or modify materials without written consent.
Share materials with unauthorized parties or sublicense them.
Breach of Licensing Terms
Any breach of the licensing terms, including unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of Social Capital Smart materials, will result in:
Immediate revocation of access and termination of the agreement.
Legal action to recover damages and prevent further misuse.
Acknowledgment of Ownership
Licensees agree that Social Capital Smart materials and concepts are proprietary and will not attempt to claim ownership or attribution of the materials for their own programs.
Disclaimer of Liability
Social Capital Builders is not liable for:
User reliance on or implementation of provided materials, tools, or advice.
Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Social Capital Smart platforms.
Technical issues, data loss, or external breaches beyond our reasonable control.
General Provisions
Amendments: These policies may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
